I excel at facilitating cross departmental communication; interpreting and balancing the requirements of Management, Business groups and Technology teams. I believe that the best solutions are possible when multiple points of view are considered; and communication among the various groups is clear and consistent. I think big picture, but my hands-on experience as a developer allows me to work well with technical teams. I‘ve managed groups of 8+ direct reports and enjoy facilitating a team environment.
